Nyasa Rainbow Alliance (NRA) is inspired by peer educators living in Southern Region of Malawi who strives to address challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community including human rights violations, inaccessibility of health services, stigma and discrimination from and lack of community driven initiatives.

Mission

To advance a nation where everyone is well – informed and aware of human rights, especially the rights of LGBTIQ+ people, to enable them to participate freely in all spheres of life.

NRA has aided in LGBTQ rights in Malawi by creating awareness of human rights violations as well as advocacy . Not only that, that have been very diligent in providing SRHR service to the marginalized community within Malawi.
