NYASA RAINBOW ALLIANCE HAS MOVED ITS OFFICES

In the face of ever-evolving challenges and threats to safety, Nyasa Rainbow Alliance has relocated its offices to a safer location.

As NRA operates in areas affected by social norms, ensuring the safety of our staff and beneficiaries became a challenging task. The prevalence of security threats prompted a comprehensive evaluation of our operational environment.

Embracing change is inherent to the success of any organization. NRA recognized the need for adaptability and flexibility, viewing relocation not as a setback but as an opportunity to enhance our resilience and effectiveness.

The decision to relocate for the sake of safety is a complex and multifaceted process. NRA’s journey highlights the importance of proactive planning, open communication, and a commitment to organizational resilience. In navigating the delicate balance between mission fulfillment and safety, our experience serves as a beacon for other LGBTQ+ NGOs facing similar challenges, emphasizing that adaptability is key to sustaining positive social impact in an ever-changing world.
